PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING trumpnewsroom.com (THE “SITE”) OR ANY RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”) YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By accessing the Services you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

   b. License to Us: By posting or submitting content you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display such content in any media.
   c. Removal: We may remove user content at any time for any reason.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMP NEWS ROOM, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
12. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trump News Room and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify facts, consult additional sources, and use your own judgment before relying on any information presented here. 14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – ARBITRATION & CLASS-ACTION WAIVER & GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute or claim related to these Terms, including any breach, will be resolved through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator’s decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with proper jurisdiction.

    • NEW JERSEY – Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty, and Notice Act (TCCWNA): Nothing herein limits any rights you have as a New Jersey consumer. The limitation-of-liability and warranty disclaimers in Sections 10 and 11 may not apply to you.
    • VIRGINIA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, UTAH: Residents have additional data rights under state privacy laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for how to exercise those rights.
    • WASHINGTON DC & OTHER JURISDICTIONS: Local consumer rights may apply and are not waived.
16. INTERNATIONAL USE
    You are responsible for compliance with local laws. Accessing the Services from areas where content is illegal is prohibited.
17. TERMINATION
    We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for any violation of these Terms.
18. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
